DESCRIPTION: ​Signalmen creates the gateway to the community of Marina Bay, Richmond, CA.  Because this was formerly the site of 'rail to sea' commerce, international steel marine signal flags are mounted to spell out "MARINA BAY" and "RICHMOND"- each carried on 30' long welded steel railway 'trusses.'
